It Often Takes Decades

The Off Road Business Association has been an important part of Motorized Recreation for over two decades. Many of the areas, both public, and private, are experiencing decades long management planning. Often we find that litigation is drug into that already complicated, and lengthy process. When we talk about spending decades in meetings, and hearings, we can point to examples like "Travel Management", Special Recreation Permits, WEMO, Desert Renewable Energy Conservation Plan (DRECP), Wilderness, Road-less Areas, and National Monuments just to name a few.
